Shark Attack Sounds Gets A Bigger Boat

Last year at Shark Attack Sounds, lines at the bar were trumped by lines to the bathroom. People were packed like sardines inside Rick’s Crabby Cowboy Cafe, all clambering to position themselves close to the cameras, the booze and the ensemble cast of Victoria’s Secret models who had showed up to this East Coast event of the summer. The noise complaints and party fouls stacked and stacked to monumental proportions. Seriously, we didn’t know it was possible to have that much fun getting in that much trouble. In the aftermath of the wildest Shark Attack Sounds party to date, it has been decided by the head-honchos that it’s high time we kick things up a notch and get ourselves a bigger place to party.

This year, Shark Attack Sounds will be held at the Montauk Yacht Club on July 5, 2013, far away from the shaking fists of our neighbors so that we can all run ourselves ragged into the wee hours of the night. The 32-acre waterfront property gives enough room for people to stay out of each other’s groovin’ space, and even affords more dark corners to sneak away with a sexy new stranger you meet on the dance floor.

The party goes from 6 p.m. until…well, late. We know a lot of you are going to end up waking up on the beach with a bandana on your head and your memory half erased. When this happens, you’re definitely going to want to have a place close by to hitch a taxi to take you back. So please, be a good scout and "be prepared" by quickly booking yourself a place to stay before everything in town fills up.

Don’t be that guy: the guy who shows up thinking that the party wasn’t going to sell out and that he could just grab tickets at the door. Shark Attack Sounds WILL sell out, your friends will be there and they will all be partying with hot models, while you spend the night singing karaoke with the locals at some dive bar. We highly recommend you do the latter, but not until the day AFTER the party!
