Hammer Time in the Milk Bar
Over the weekend, jewelry master Philip Crangi grabbed a hammer and went to work in the Milk Bar for some lucky guests. Those not too distracted by the free-flowing booze and talk over the menswear presentations were able to score bracelets customized with a personal message courtesy of Crangi’s hammer, a grinning anvil and the Liberty Fund, an organization dedicated to turning gunmetal into jewelry.
A few members of the group were on hand to answer questions — Did you know that it’s way harder to make bracelets out of guns compared with other metals? Now you do! Liberty Fund sales also go to stopping gun violence, which is pretty cool.
