Welcome To The Vulture Festival
The first-ever Vulture Festival by Vulture and New York Magazine is here May 10-11 and Milk Studios is proud to be hosting part of the pop culture extravaganza that reminds us how everyone else is just as addicted to this stuff as we are.
The weekend festival celebrates the best in today’s television, music, film and pop culture with a host of programming at Milk like Saturday’s Deadwood writer/producer David Milch‘s discussion on the art and business of TV writing with New York TV critic Matt Zoller Seitz. Add that to "The Greatest Panel in Television History" hosted by Adam Scott and Naomi Scott who deconstruct classic title sequences from ’80s TV shows; plus classic movie scene readings by famous voices from Bob’s Burgers and Archer—and remember, this is just Saturday—so there’s a very real threat to enter pop culture sensory overload, or a "danger zone," as some alcoholic super spies might call it.
Hop through the link for more details and to buy tickets for Vulture Festival events, including the M.I.A. + Solange concert; Vulture Book Club; and Costume Designers Roundtable featuring costume designers from shows like Scandal and Orange Is the New Black.
