The News: Dossier Outpost Is Here
The hot mess known as summer in New York is right around the corner but our friends at Dossier are giving us at least one reason to look forward to the new season with Dossier Outpost. The summer-long event will transform South Street Seaport into a hub of art shows (first up is a series of paintings by Caris Reid), film screenings and pop-up shops from places like Freedom of Animals, Audrey Reynolds and MADE alum Pamela Love. Your summer hunger will be seen to by a bevy of food trucks including Souvlaki GR, Coolhaus and Calexico, whose delivery man I’m on a first-name basis with.
The Outpost opened for business on Memorial Day weekend and will run through September on Fulton Street between Front and Water. It’s open daily from noon until 7pm, and stop by on Wednesday and Saturday evenings for film screenings and during Fridays in July you can catch The Seaport Music Festival. Tell them Milk Made sent you.
