October was one of the craziest and most important months for MADE this year with the successful launch of artist assistance platform MADE Music, devoted to providing talented musicians with resources and helping them kickstart a career.

After a wave of applications over the last two months, music hopefuls should have even more reason to submit to the program with news that leading video and entertainment platform VEVO has joined forces with the development initiative.

VEVO has generously offered to contribute by providing each chosen MADE Music artist with a video content distribution strategy specifically tailored to their visual style and creative individuality. MADE Music, the brainchild of MADE and MADE Fashion Week co-founders Mazdack Rassi, Keith Baptista and Jenné Lombardo is already set up to offer industry mentorship, licensing and distribution opportunities, rehearsal studios and studio recording time to up to 10 selected talents a year.

Lombardo was able to offer her thoughts on why the new collaboration with VEVO is such an important addition to the program.

‘Our mission with MADE Music is to nurture and amplify new creative talent, and VEVO will be a key partner in ensuring these artists’ music and visual appeal is discovered, shared, and celebrated by a vast audience.’

It’s never too late to sign up and with VEVO’s new support there’s now an even greater opportunity to get your face out there while having your music MADE.
