About Last Night: Milk LA's EQ Rental Opens with No Vacancy Inn

Off of Santa Monica Boulevard on a quiet Hollywood side street, Milk LA‘s new Equipment Rental space played host to the night’s best party. Inside, Acyde and Tremaine Emory of musical collective No Vacancy Inn ensured that a hot day had no chance of cooling down. Shirts swayed off slick shoulders as “Stick Talk” rang out followed by hours of music made for nasty women and the baddest of hombres. Baton Rouge rapper Quadry joined No Vacancy Inn on stage for a set built especially for the saints and sinners of the City of Angels. The night’s most elusive guest was the rarely seen Frank Ocean, wearing the same checkerboard Vans slip-ons with which he once graced the White House. And above it all, casting shades of pink and green onto the swirling crowd, was a custom neon sign with a message for the ages: “Don’t fuck it up.”

Stay tuned to Milk for more badass parties.
