Big Trouble Is The Internet-Experiment-Turned-Brand You Need to Know
Big Trouble is in the whispers of the streets and on the radar of the interwebs.
Beginning as an internet experiment, Big Trouble is quickly emerging as a hands-on brand, representing a fashion-forward mentality that uses transparency as a tactic to blend in with the crowd it’s created by & for. The company’s foundation is in a blue collar ethic—the modern day “For Us, By Us.” Through Instagram, the brand works to create an open and direct dialogue with consumers, artists, and vendors.
The team behind Big Trouble remains anonymous; they’ve been working behind the scenes, designing, producing, and screen-printing for other brands to hone in on their craft. And although all product is designed and created in Los Angeles, BT is not an LA entity, as it strictly lives on the internet.
Milk visited the internet-based brand on the set of their look book shoot for their first publicly released collection. To set the mood, they brought in the ultimate girl gang, draped in industrial chains, driving through the streets, and the smog of the City of Angels. Big Trouble is a two-word punchline—a name with a generational attitude. We’re here for it.
