Drake's Dad Just Released His Own Music Video
Pinch yourself again, you are not dreaming. It’s no secret that dads are sort of trendy right now, as fashion’s latest muse and now, the music industry’s emerging stars. Dennis Graham, the literal maker of our generation’s favorite rapper and real life father to Jimmy Brooks of Degrassi (never forget), just dropped the sickest music video in dad history. Graham, father to the prolific rapper, arguably paved the music path for a young Drake as a former drummer. Now, it seems the tables have turned, as Graham trades his drum sticks for velvet vocals, reviving some of his Memphis-rooted funk into our playlists. Giving us ‘chilling by the fire, eating fondue’ vibes, Graham released his steady-paced R&B track, ‘Kinda Crazy,’ last year, but only recently debuted the music video, which let’s just say matches the song title.
The sultry video, directed by Nikeisha Anderson, features clips of the R&B dad’s modest moves alongside a really strong fog machine, an elaborate throne, a random ass candelabra and of course, video vixens. Like father, like son, ay? Truthfully, the video speaks for itself so check it out below.
