Exclusive: Adidas x Hardies Hardware Celebrate Dope AF Collab
A few months ago, Adidas took the Bronx by storm with Tyshawn Jones, the Hardies Hardware posse, and the Go Hard Boyz in tow, creating a one-of-a-kind video to complement their limited edition footwear and apparel collection. The collection was designed to pay homage to friendship, community, and crew solidarity, and it drops in stores this week, available in core skate shops across the world.
With the video now complete (peep it here), the only thing left to do was celebrate: Saturday night called for full festivities, with the NYC skate community and Supreme gang toasting to the collab with beats, drinks, and chopped cheese dumplings at a pop up venue in the LES. Brock Fetch photography of the Hardies fam covered the venue walls with imagery, and a 10-minute video of the skating and motorcycle antics played non-stop throughout the night.
Everyone had the opportunity to get a picture on one of the Go Hard Boyz motorcycles, which was propped up and ready for photo ops. And to cap the night? A performance by the one and only Brooklyn rapper Casanova. The entire crowd was singing along to the Casanova’s hit singles “Don’t Run” and “It Go Down When You Trappin’”. it was a night to remember, to say the least.
Peep the slideshow above for an exclusive look inside the festivities.
