Jump At The Chance To Win Gold Jordans From Drake’s Fave Artist
A major new wave has hit the L.A. art scene, with a ton of new galleries and artists flocking downtown, bringing along a high cool factor. Creative agency and pop-up gallery 3125c has quickly become a hub for local creatives to convene and promote their work, and in proclamation of their arrival, they’ve teamed up with Drake-approved conceptual artist Matthew Senna to present his new body of work: STUDY SESSION 001.
Senna, who’s spent his career detailing the reformation of everyday objects, showcases his newest series centered around resin casts of the Jordan 1—Champagne Papi just commissioned a version of the shoe in solid gold. The limited edition sneaker/sculpture will be available for purchase in three different colorways, exclusively through 3125c at its release party on September 10th.
Attendees will also be graced with the opportunity to enter for a chance to win another of Senna’s pieces, entitled Study 001—a $10,000, 24K gold-plated shoe that, according to Senna, “represent[s] the impact that this iconic and game changing silhouette had on the world.” The event will allow collectors and fans to participate in an immersive basketball experience and a series of challenges that’ll leave just one winner standing. Up your chances by swinging through one of UNDEFEATED’s locations and purchasing any pair of Jordans to receive one of five Golden Tickets.
If you’re in DTLA this Saturday, you can RSVP and learn more about the event here.
