Foreign Air is getting deep.

Premiere: Foreign Air are Electric in "Chakra Daemon"

Foreign Air is back with a brand new track, and this time they’re getting deep. Touching on subjects like craving human connection and evolution, “Chakra Daemon” combines the duo’s signature alternative electronic beats with the vibrant energy we’ve come to expect from the artists. Commanding the listener with their whimsical interlacing of melody and hook, Foreign Air is paving their own path in the industry with the help of powerhouse producer Phil Ek, who’s worked with artists like Fleet Foxes, Father John Misty, and Grouplove.

“We as humans are constantly looking for a connection. However, more often than not we fail to find that connection leaving one to feel lonely or even invisible at times,” vocalist Jesse Classen explains. “As humans slowly begin self-evolving by integrating biotechnology, I imagine one day there will be a Chakra Daemon. This will be like an artificial subconscious. An enhanced intuition. Beyond the obvious implication of keeping us out of danger, I think it will also play a role in navigating us through relationships both platonic and romantic.”

Check the brand new track below, premiering on MILK.XYZ for the first time, and be sure to check out Foreign Air in a city near you on their co-headlining run with Washington D.C. electro-pop act SHAED starting November 30.
