The Milk.xyz Weekly Editors' Picks
As the week comes to a close, we’ve got two things on our mind: the weekend (hi, summer), and the following editors’ picks: a hand-curated list of exactly what we’re loving this week. Because what would happy hour on a Friday be without a heavenly-scented candle and some extra good face moisturizer? The need for self care continues to increase and we’re happily using that need as an excuse to keep shopping. Can you blame us? Peep below.
Apotheke BrooklynBuying local is a habit that is at the top of my list. Apotheke Brooklyn is just the place! They create the most delicately scented candles, soaps, and more. My favorites are the Grapefruit and SeaSalt Shea Butter, Jasmine and Clementine Candle and Charcoal Shampoo. Their products are simply luxurious, but have a touch of heart their BK roots. – Bianca
Fine & Raw ChocolateFine & Raw is the most delicious chocolate you will ever eat! Every bar, small and large, is rich in flavor. They deliver notes of various flavors such as salt, hazelnut and coconut. Fine and Raw offers a variety of chocolate goods including spreads, which are a perfect companion to your Saturday morning toast. – Bianca
Clarisonic’s Smart Profile Uplift The ultimate spa treatment at home is here! Calrisonic’s Smart Profile Uplift visibly improves signs of aging and, to say the least, it feels so damn good on your skin. This is a massaging tool for your face to stimulate blood flow and other fun things to make your skin firmer and simply stunning. – Bianca
Batiste Dry ShampooBatiste Dry Shampoo is the answer to all your summer hair woes—we tried the “bare” and “fresh” versions for a super light and easy-breezy look, but Batiste makes them in sooo many fragrances and colors (yes, there’s a dry shampoo to make your blonde hair blonder and divinely dark hair even more rich in color). – Emma
Machete Isla Side HoopsThese cuties are the perfect fair-weather version of your classic tortoise print. I love the size (not too big, not too small) and weight (most earrings hurt my ears and these guys are game changers because they’re so light). Not to mention, they go with literally everything in my closet! Need I say more? – Emma
First Aid BeautyAs someone with sensitive skin living in NYC, buying high quality face products is about as important as the shoes I wear on my feet—without good product, I’m hurting! Enter First Aid Beauty: with minimal irritation, carefully selected ingredients, and gorgeous packaging (because who doesn’t love a cute presentation), these guys are changing the skincare game. I’m officially in love. – Emma
